BEPINK Microgreens began in Kollam, Kerala, with a simple worry: our food looks fuller than it used to, but it isn't feeding us the way it once did. Soils are tired, supply chains are long, and by the time a vegetable reaches the plate, much of its nutrition has already left it.
We started growing microgreens as an answer — tiny leaves, harvested at their nutritional peak, that pack many times the vitamins and minerals of the mature vegetable in a fraction of the size. What began as trays on a Kollam terrace, grown for our own family's health, has become a small, careful farm dedicated to one job: getting real nutrition back onto Kerala's tables.

Every tray is grown without chemicals, harvested by hand, and packed the same day it leaves the farm, so what reaches you is as close to the cut as possible.
